Acme Township is a civil township of Grand Traverse County in the state of Michigan. The word in Greek means "summit". Its population at the 2000 census was 4,332.
Acme is an unincorporated community in the township. It is 10 miles to the east of Traverse City. L.S. Hoxie platted the settlement.
Acme is home to Kwikee Kwiver, the manufacturer of a popular bow quiver, which is used for deer hunting.
