Price Gougers. Date Submitted: 2010-09-10
Expensive. Charged us $385 to install a faucet (my own faucet). Said it was because there were two of them. He later admitted he was training the other guy, so I essentially paid to train this other future price gouger. WILL NEVER USE PAPALIA AGAIN. I will freeze in winter before I call them, I will stay in a hotel before I call them -- you get the picture.
