Acton is a town in York County, Maine. It comprises the villages of Acton, Miller Corner and South Acton. The town is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area, and its population at the 2000 census was 2,145.
The Acton Fair is held every summer at the Acton Fairground. This is an annual fair and cattle show.
