Afton is a town of Lincoln County in the U.S. State of Wyoming. The world's largest elk horn Arch is located here. It spans across 75 ft over the 4 lanes of U.S. Highway No. 89. Afton has a total area of about 3.4 sq. miles. It is elevated from the sea level by upto a height of about 6,267 ft. The largest city here is Star Valley, a valley filled with grass among forested mountains. A periodic spring is the main source of water supply in the town. A renowned native is Olympic Gold medalist, Rulon Gardner.
