Recording Studios are places where the recording and mixing of sound takes place. The recording studios in Aiea are mainly designed by people who have detailed knowledge of the physical properties of sound. The recording studios of Aiea generally have three chambers, one which is called ‘studio’, is used for the performance; a ‘control room’, where the equipment are kept ; and a ‘machine room’ where equipment that produce alot of noise and jarring sound, are kept.

Recording studios of Aiea keep equipment like mixing console, microphones, keyboard, and monitors, multi-track recorder, reference monitors, etc, for recording of music. With the rise in technology, computers are being increasingly used for audio recording purposes. Personal recording studios, also known as home studios, are not used for commercial purposes.
