Brief Information About Alpaugh
Alpaugh is a census-designated place (CDP) in Tulare County, California state. The population was 1,026 at the 2010 census, an increase from 761 at the 2000 census.
It is named for John Alpaugh, who was one of the officers of the Home Extension Colony which reclaimed the land the town is built on.
The town is served by a private carrier railroad owned by Western Farm Services, the West Isle Line.
