Building materials are primarily of two types; natural and artificial or man-made. Natural materials are available in plenty in and around Alpine. One needs to be quite sure about the production of any particular material. Based on high demand of any material at any particular place, the rate might be cheap. However, man-made materials are more or less of same price at almost all places in Alpine. The supply of building materials is done not only within that specific area but is also sometimes imported. It requires a great deal of human labor to produce and supply material apart from the natural materials, especially in large quantity requirement for building industries.
