Andover is a rural town in Tolland County, Connecticut state. At the 2010 census its population was determined to be 3,303.

The town was incorporated from Hebron and Coventry on May 18, 1848.

Andover Animal Hospital open for business
ANDOVER The newly relocated Andover Animal Hospital celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Jan. 26. "It was meant to be in Andover Township," said hospital administrator Jill Hummel. Her husband, Dr. Harvey Hummel, is the third owner of the veterinary practice, which was founded in 1958 and originally located on Perona Road in Sparta.
