These organizations inculcate leadership skills and discipline in a person. A military organization's environment is very structured, which enables a person to focus on his goal and mission. After retirement, soldiers usually pursue civil jobs. On successful completion of a mission, soldiers are amply rewarded; they may be awarded with bravery and other pertinent awards or given other types of incentives, that sustain their spirit of motivation and keep them going in spite of all odds.
