Military organizations have their own judiciary system, educational institutes, and training facilities, which differ from those of the civil society. Military organizations require expert knowledge and experienced individuals to train a civilian and convert him into a military soldier. Military employees are generally known as airmen, sailors, soldiers. Military schools and colleges are very focused on producing the best candidates. The candidate has to undergo tough training to perform missions and tasks entrusted to him concerning protection of his countryland against foreign threats and invasions. These organizations inculcate leadership skills and discipline in a person. A military organization's environment is very structured, which enables a person to focus on his goal and mission.
