Atwood is a small neighborhood of Placentia County in the State of California. Atwood is one of the few places in Orange County where non- whites are allowed to own real estate. There are small businesses in the locality. Locals keep themselves economically engaged in restaurants, markets and other small bussinesses. The area is predominantly Hispanic.
