Brief Information About Auburn

Auburn is a town in Worcester County, Massachusetts. Its population at the 2010 census was 16,188.

Robert Goddard launched the first liquid-fueled rocket from his Aunt Eiffie's farm in Auburn on March 16, 1926. There is a memorial for him next to the Auburn Fire Department Headquarters. A small memorial is also present at the actual launch site.

The population predominantly comrpises White Americans.
