Brief Information About Biddeford Pool
Biddeford Pool is a large tidal pool located off the coast of Bay of Saco. It is just south of the mouth of Saco river. Biddeford Pool is located on the southern coast in the state of Maine. It is about 6 miles southeast of downtown Biddeford. It is connected via the state route no. 208. Biddeford Pool is said to be the first recorded permanent settlement. There is a small harbor in Biddeford Pool and it hosts both lobster fishermen and vacationers. The area is quite popular as a summer tourist destination. Few of the inhabitants, who live here, are mainly engaged with the tourism and fishing industries, and the other sectors of the economy are also involved with it.
