Supervalu announces 130 Boise layoffsSupervalu, Inc. has announced plans to reduce its national workforce by an estimated 800 positions. A majority of these reductions will take place near the end of February. The reductions include both current positions and open jobs that will not be filled. According to the Idaho Statesman, 130 of these positions will be in the Boise area corporate offices, but none in the stores.
