Brief Information About Boscawen
Boscawen is a town in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. Its population at the 2010 census was 3,695.
By the mid-eighteenth century, Boscawen had a meetinghouse, sawmill, gristmill and ferry across the Merrimack River. Having a generally level surface, the town provided good farmland, and became known for its apple, pear and cherry orchards. The 1915 Boscawen Public Library was designed by famous Boston architect Guy Lowell.
