Developmental health services in Branford are designed to enhance the independence, integration and productivity of the people they serve. Services are provided by trained, qualified staff in either an individual or group counseling format. Their services include social work, psychology, nursing, psychiatry, rehabilitation counseling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, nutrition, and speed and language therapy. At-home behavioral support services are intended to assist families with managing maladaptive behaviors which may be exhibited by an individual with a development disability.
