Brief Information About Calvert
Situated at an elevated height of about 46 feet, Calvert is a small industrial town of Mobile County of Albama. German Giant ThyssenKrupp built a stainless and carbon steel processing facility here in the year 2007. This plant is an important area of economic activity. Calvert's location is in the extreme northeastern part of the County which is near the river of Tombigbee. Due to the presence of the steel plant most of the residents are employed there.
