Chaptico is a small community place located in the County of St. Mary's in the U.S. state of Maryland. This small town, located on the Chaptico Run, forms a bay and enters the Wicomico River. The town has a post office. Apart from that, most of the local inhabitants are primarily engaged with the agricultural sector. Some are also involved with the service sector.
