Chesapeake Beach is a small town located in the County of Calvert of Maryland state. Chesapeake Beach occupies a total area of about 7.3 sq. kms. and is located at an elevated height of about 50 ft. from the ground level. Most of the local residents are primarily engaged with fishing and the tourism sector. There are a number of places in the city listed on the National Register of Historical Places. There is also a railway museum located nearby and this helps to attract a large number of visitors in the area. Some are also involved with trade related activities in the region.
