Choudrant is a small village located in the Parish of Lincoln. It is a part of Rustom MSA. Covering a total area of about 4.8 sq. kms., Choudrant is located at an elevated height of about 48 ft. from the ground level. Home grown businesses are the principal economic activities of the region. Some of the famous home grown budiness ventures in the locality are Mini Mart of Ken's, Morrison building supply, Community Trust Bank among others. The Peach Festival of Louisiana is held here on an annual basis. Most of these are agriculture oriented and agriculture related industries in the region.
