Housing authorities & agencies in {city) are the governmental organizations that administer public affairs & aspects of housing in the territory. These authorities often provide apartments to qualified residents at a low rate or even free of cost.

These are basically nonprofit organizations that coordinate and leverage their federal advocacy efforts for affordable housing in Deposit. These agencies allocate the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit as well as profit and nonprofit firms in the affordable housing fields. The three major federally authorized programs governed by these housing authorities & agencies are- the Mortgage Revenue Bond, the Housing Credit and the Home Investment Partnerships program.
