The town of Georgetown is located in the County of Clear Creek. It covers a total area of 2.6 sq. km. The economic development of the city is contributed by industries invovled in automotive, cleaning, finance, food, oil and lubrication, real estate and tourism. Commercial spaces are utilized by tourist information facilities, recreation centers, road side services, libraries, museums, machine shops, department stores, convenience stores and coffee shops.
