Camps in Glendora offer meaningful nature experiences to people of all ages, and provide opportunities to engage kids in nature through immersion in the wild outdoors to promote environmental awareness, compassion, leadership and an ethic of care for the earth. Earth Day evolved over a period of seven years starting in 1962. The Founder of Earth Day is Senator Gaylord Nelson.
