Groveoak is basically a small town located in the northeastern part of Alabama state. Groveoak is basically a part of Dekalb County and it is located just on the top of Sand Mountain. There are a few stores along with a gas station. Farm lands and forests also surrounds the area. The farming community of the town is primarily engaged with cattle, poultry and other farm based activities in the town. However, most of the locals are engaged with factories and other related jobs in towns located outside this community place.
