The town of Holden is located in the county of Penobscot. It covers a total area of 84.25 sq. km. The economy of the city revolves around industries involved in arts and crafts, automotive, construction, finance, information technology, cleaning, finance, health, insurance, marine equipments, real estate, tourism and transport, contribute to the local economy in a positive way. The local inhabitants are engaged in service-oriented jobs related to wedding supplies, repair of telephone equipments, truck repairing, service stations and rental services of stores and yards.
