The word 'library' is derived from the Latin word 'librarium'. The term 'library' in Honolulu is usually referred to collection of books. In a broader sense, a library in Honolulu is a collection of useful things such as books, DVDs, CDs, videogames, maps, etc. The biggest advantage of a library is meant for individuals who are not able to purchase a book, CDs, DVDs, etc.; he or she can borrow the same from the library for a certain number of days.
