A bus is a road vehicle that is designed to carry passengers from one destination to the other in Juneau. Primarily the buses have a capacity of almost 300 passengers. The most-seen bus on the road is the single-decker bus. Since there are huge costs involved in owning, maintaining and driving buses, many contractors usually prefer to hire vehicles from various charter bus companies in Juneau. The contracts may be either for a day or two, or for a longer agreement basis. In such cases, the charter company provides rental or charter buses along with qualified drivers.
