Kahuku is a census-designated place (CDP) in the Koolauloa District on the island of Oahu, County of Honolulu, Hawaii. The name means "the projection" in Hawaiian, and is presumed to refer to Kahuku Point nearby, the northernmost point of land on the island of Oahu. The CDP's population during the 2000 census was 2,097.
