These people are rude for no reason. They make it seem like the applicant is 1.lesser than, and 2.an annoyance. The process, that at one time allowed one appointment to be aproved for six months now requires an apointment + a gathering of information again, all for one month at a time. By the time a person gets an extremely large bill, then calls and gets an appointment then goes through the qualification process, the bill is past due and service may be cut-off. This is very poorly administered.
