Charged me for a full length system with quality muffler & parts I asked for and used a cheap muffler and smaller diameter exhaust on a system that stopped before the rear axle. Would not partial refund or work with me to resolve problem. I will never recommend or take anything to them again. The more I talk to people about this the more I find I'm not alone with my dissatisfaction with them. It seems that since Richards closed they don't have much competition and feel they can charge what they want for sub-par work. If you have them do work for you make sure you crawl under your vehicle and inspect everything before you pay and drive off, I found this out the hard way..........
