Poultry is a class of birds that are kept as domestic pets by people for the purpose of obtaining their eggs, or killing them for their meat. Poultry birds in general include chickens, geese, ducks, etc. Different poultry birds are used for various purposes. Poultry birds like pigeons, doves are used for their meat, whereas birds like pheasants are used as games for hunting.

Poultry birds are kept in poultry farms in Saint Augustine where the poultry birds are fed and are raised. The poultry farms of Saint Augustine keep different types of birds at the same place. The owners of these farms have to spend quite an amount of money for feeding the poultry birds.
