Gymnastics, in Tewksbury, is a sport of performing exercises that display physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, and grace. Gymnastics is considered to have evolved from the ancient Greek exercises involving skills for mounting and dismounting a horse, and from circus stunts.
