Wood River Junction is a small village located within the area of Richmond town in Rhode Island. The school district of Cariho's main campus is located here in the city. Wood River Junction is one of the coldest places in the whole of Rhode Island. The Pond of Meadowbrook located here is a local swimming and fishing destination for the locals. Most of the inhabitants of the city are primarily engaged with these economic activities in the area. Some are also involved with the local health and the education sector.
