Allamuchy Township is a Township in Warren County, New Jersey. Its population at the 2010 census was 4,323. It was incorporated in 1873, by taking portions of Independence Township. Allamuchy-Panther Valley is a census-designated place located within the township.
The township has a total area of 20.8 square miles, of which, 20.5 square miles of it is land and 0.2 square miles of it (1.11%) is water.
