One should also dress according to the season in order to facilitate the evaporation of the sweat. Sunlight, water and air play an important role in keeping the skin healthy. Also different types require different treatment, for example, method of cleansing oily skin is to cleanse with a natural face cleanser formulated especially for oily skin, followed by a toning lotion.
