Batesburg-Leesville is a town spread between the Lexington and Saluda counties, South Carolina. It is part of the Columbia Metro Area. The city was formed in 1992 by merging the towns of Batesburg and Leesville.

Accommodation and food services, construction, manufacturing and educational services are the major commercial activities here. Public schooling comprises one elementary, one primary, one middle and one high school. Midlands Technical College has a satellite campus here. The top employers are Lexington County School District Three and Union Switch & Signal. Poultry is also an important industry, with Amick Farm being a notable outfit. There is also an annual poultry festival, called the South Carolina Poultry Festival. The closest hospital is the Lexington Medical Center, located about 21 miles away in West Columbia.
