<p>Bayfield is a city located within the area of Bayfield County in the U.S state of Wisconsin. This town is named after a former British Topographic Engineer, Henry Bayfield. The town has a total area of about 2.4 sq. kms. It was formerly a lumbering town, however at present local economic activities are centered around commercial fishing, lumbering and hotel-restaurants. The local media industry is also quite advanced in the area and a few of the local residents are also engaged with it.</p>
