<p>Blaine is located in the County of Whatcom in Washington state. It is located by the Canadian Border. Blaine has a total area of about 22 sq. miles and it is located at a height of about 53 ft. above the sea level. Fishing is an important local economic activity. Residents of ths town are also involved in the education sector, health and community services. Shops and stores are minor engagements of the inhabitants. </p>
