Boothville is also named as Boothville Venice and it is located in the Plaquemines Parish. This small community place also includes the communities of Venice, Orchid and Boothville. The community town of Boothville has a total area of about 5.2 sq. miles. There is a heliport in Boothville and it plays an important part in the helicopter transportation business and is used for servicing the oil rigs in the gulf of Mexico. Boothville is said to be the most populous cities and located in the northernmost part among other community places.
