Bremen has a total area of about 9 sq. miles and is a part of Haralson County in the U.S. state of Georgia. Though the city was originally named after a German immigrant but later it was changed to the name of a German city. There are a number of schools in the School District of Bremen. There is also a general hospital and a public library in the town. Bremen has a well developed media industry and an eighteen (18) hole golf course. A town festival is held at Bremen, almost as an annual event. It is also equipped with a large sports complex and other government departments like fire. This gives the locals plenty of earning oppurtunities. Some of the famous people of the town include T.B. Murphy and H. McGaw.
