Brookline is a town in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Its population at the 2010 census was 4,991. The New Hampshire Route 13 and New Hampshire Route 130 pass through the town.
The Talbot-Taylor Wildlife Sanctuary is located here. A number of structures here are listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
