The worst excuse for mental help I have ever seen

Not only were these people not helpful at all, they are rude and have no clue what they are doing. They came to our hose 3 times not once taking the patient or touching bases with us before they left. Unfortunately the police had to be called and the patient halled off to the local mental Institution.
