A 'Boat Dealer' in Chattanooga is a person who is involved wholly or partly in the trade of selling or offering for sale, buying or taking in business for the purpose of resale, or exchanging any boat or boats and receives or expects to receive money, profit or any other thing of same worth. The dealers in Chattanooga are provided with a manufacturer number or boat registration number for their individual products and the same is valid for a maximum of one year.
