I called McNulty Tree & Lawn Care 5 hours ago because once again, no one had come out to plow my drive. I have a contract with them yet I am unable to get out of my driveway because so far, no one has been by. This has happened all winter long; they don't respond to calls & wait hours or until the next day before clearing driveways. I've tried to call a 2nd today but now the mail box is full so apparently they do NOT check their messages as promised. They are not listed with the BBB so now what? I've signed & paid for a contract and they are not fulfilling their end. I am just disgusted with the total lack of any customer service.
