Brief Information About Estillfork


Estillfork is an unincorporated group which located in the U.S. state of Alabama. It is within the northern part of Jackson County in a tough range at the leader of the Paint Rock Valley specifically. At southern portion of the community, the stream with which it shares its name, Estill Fork, joins Hurricane Creek to frame the Paint Rock River. The Cumberland Plateau rises promptly toward the east, and the Alabama-Tennessee state line passes a couple of miles toward the north. Estillfork has a post office with ZIP code of 35745. The people group and stream were firstly named for its early settlers. In the mid 1940s, a general store which once served Estillfork known as Prince's General Merchandise was set up by Pete Prince.
