It is not easy to find anyone to fix a Weber grill once it's outside its warranty. When I finally found Coley, they were extremely responsive and came when it was convenient for me. They took apart our entire grill, every tube, every opening, and cleared out all the spider webs and grime for $100. Two days later, when we had a fire (bad, right?) I called and left a message asking that they not cash my check. Instead, the owner called me right back and promised to replace the grill with a new one. Which they did! I was bummed my grill was destroyed, of course, but I am so impressed with them, I had to leave a review. Very classy guys.
