Helena–West Helena is a city located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is the county seat and the largest city in Phillips County. On January 1, 2006, the city was consolidated from the two Arkansas cities of Helena and West Helena. It has a total land area of 13.33 square miles at 34°31′45″N90°35′24″W. Helena–West Helena was incorporated in 2006. As of the 2010 census data, it had a total population of 12,282. The population density was 812.11/sq mi.
