<p>Houck is a small town located in the County of Apache in the US state of Arizona. Houck has a total area of about 110 sq. kms. and is located 6036 ft. above sea level. A major part of the local population consists of Native Americans. This small town was actually founded by a mail carrier who arrived from Prescot, Arizona. A trading post was established by him in the year 1877 and it was called, "Houck's Tank." The local education sector is generally looked after by the Sanders Unified School District.
