Lake Montezuma is a small community town located in the County of Yavapai. This designated place also includes the Communites of McGuieville and Rimrock. Lake Montezuma has a total area of about 31 sq. and elevated from the sea level by about 3461 ft. A large part of the local population is generally white and they are engaged in various type of trade related activities in the region. The National forest of Coconino and the Wilderness of Wet Beaver is located here. Though the construction industry is the source of maximum employment, the city of Lake Montezuma is heavily-dependent on the economic developement of the adjacent cities.
