With an area of about 0.3 sq. miles, Leipsic is a town of Kent County in the U.S. state of Delaware. Leipsic is a part of the the DMSA, Dover area. The town derives its name from the German city of Leipzig. The river Leipsic flows down, just through the middle of the town. On the southern tip of the town is the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. This gives the town of Leipsic a magnificient view. Only a few residents live here and they are mainly engaged in small businesses and agriculture.
